Job Description

As an Agency Sales Support Specialist, you will provide key support to the Agency Sales Team in building and maintaining effective relationships with business partners on a daily basis. Your role will involve comprehensively managing agency sales processes in collaboration with an external agent network - from preparing quotes for clients, through actively supporting agents in their operational activities, to settling concluded contracts. The role requires a partner-oriented mindset and the ability to operate in an indirect sales environment. It is a support and coordination role with strong operational and process-oriented focus, this role does not involve direct acquisition of clients.
