Vacancy Description
The Aftersales Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and growing the company's aftersales business by promoting preventive maintenance contracts, corrective maintenance, spare parts, retrofit and upgrade solutions, inspections, and technical services for data centre infrastructure and generator enclosure systems.
The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver high-quality customer support while driving recurring service revenue. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, service teams, and project engineers to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
