Main Responsibilities
Monitoring and Quality Control
Conduct detailed technical inspections of new vehicles from the Omoda & Jaecoo & Lepas and other Chery brands in Spain.
Identify, document, and communicate technical incidents related to new vehicles to supervisor and HQ.
Supervise and ensure completion of any technical updates.
Technical Support
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical & quality issues on vehicles.
Provide online technical support to dealers and ports, ensuring timely response to service requirements.
