• Defining and owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for winning AFH propositions across product, marketing, tech, and commercial.
• Leading cross-functional teams to build holistic propositions from concept through to in-market execution.
• Collaborating with market teams to tailor solutions based on regional customer and consumer insights.
