Affiliate Project Associate-Commercial

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new affiliates, influencers, and publishers.
• Manage affiliate outreach, onboarding, and relationship building.
• Maintain acquisition trackers and performance records.
• Coordinate with Category and Marketing teams on relevant campaigns.
• Prepare affiliate pitches, incentive plans, and onboarding materials.
• Monitor market trends and competitor affiliate programs.
• Support affiliate training and campaign communication.
• Track onboarding performance and contribute to acquisition targets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
