Affiliate Manager - FX & CFDs Industry - Dubai

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager with a strong background in Forex affiliate programs. This is a high-impact role where you will drive the affiliate strategy end to end: recruitment, onboarding, campaign execution, optimization, quality control and performance reporting. Your focus will be to generate high-quality leads, first‑time deposits and revenue growth by building and scaling affiliate networks with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies that target qualified traders across key geographies.
• Lead the creation and launch of an affiliate portal integrated with Cellxpert in partnership with development and marketing teams.
• Recruit and onboard affiliate networks and independent partners with a focus on high‑performing regions.
• Serve as a Cellxpert expert: configure tracking, manage flows, commission models (CPA, CPL, RevShare), integrate MT5...
