HH Hunters is seeking a Senior Aerosol Specialist to join one of our leading clients in the formulation and manufacturing of personal care and hygiene products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of cutting-edge cosmetic products in aerosol formats (e.g., haircare, skincare, personal care).
• Manage the complete product lifecycle: from concept ideation and formulation to industrialization and successful launch.
• Design and meticulously optimize formulations, guaranteeing superior performance, long-term stability, and captivating sensory profiles.
• Ensure comprehensive compliance with all applicable cosmetic regulations, including the EU Cosmetics Regulation, REACH, and CLP.
• Conduct and supervise rigorous stability, compatibility, and safety testing protocols.
