KPMG Malaysia’s Transaction Services (TS) practice supports clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle—covering buy‑side, sell‑side and non‑deal value creation initiatives. The practice offers a comprehensive suite of services including financial, tax, commercial and operational due diligence, enabling clients to assess value, identify risks and make informed strategic decisions.
Within TS, the Commercial Due Diligence & Strategy (CDD&S) team specializes in providing commercial insights and growth‑focused advisories across key sectors such as Healthcare, Consumer & Retail, Technology, Financial Services, Industrial Markets, Media, Infrastructure, Transportation & Logistics, Agriculture, Real Estate and Energy.
