As a Risk Management Advisor in the Property and Casualty Insurance distribution field, you support a process and continuous improvement team. Your work involves analysis, research and development related to risk management oversight, acting as the 1A line of defence in an environment that works closely with operations. You advise and assist operations and partners on a variety of development initiatives, propose solutions to improve or optimize processes and programs, prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities, and help solve complex problems.
