What you'll do


The Advisor, Events, Engagement & Fundraising plays a key role in supporting Jumpstart’s high-impact events, fundraising initiatives, and donor stewardship activities. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail oriented professional who excels at event coordination, relationship building, and delivering thoughtful engagement experiences.You will work closely with internal partners, community stakeholders, and donors to bring Jumpstart strategy to life and impact more children with life skills through sport.


Event Management & Execution
+ Support the planning and delivery of national and regional fundraising events, donor activations, and community engagement initiatives.
+ Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, attendee communications, staffing, and on-site execution.
+ Assist in developing event materials such as run-of-show documents, scripts, and briefing notes.
