Job Description Summary:
COAST Advisors facilitate recruitment efforts and coordinate programs and service delivery to eligible dual enrollment students and high school seniors within Prince George’s County Public Schools ( PGCPS ) and designated territories. Through various modalities and with the use of technology, advisors provide guided assistance and direct counsel to students and their families on every aspect of the college enrichment process from career exploration and development, scholarship and financial aid, placement and standardized testing, and the application and enrollment process in collaboration with pertinent offices from initial contact to registration for classes and successful transition to an assigned professional advisor.
