**Job Summary:**

**ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG)** is seeking and Advanced Practice Provider at Urgent Care (Central) in Toledo, Ohio.

+ Schedule- Three (12) hour shifts/week, 8a-8p
+ Holiday and every thired weekend rotation required
+ No Call required
+ Main location is Urgent Care (Central Ave, Toledo) but will float to other locations.
+ Join a team of 1 Medical Doctor and five APP's
+ Patient Volume: 30-45/day
