Advanced Practice Provider for the Amyloidosis Center

Overview

Boston University Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine and Boston Medical Center’s Amyloidosis Center is seeking a full‑time advanced practice provider (APP) to support its rapidly expanding multidisciplinary program. The Amyloidosis Center is an international referral center for patients with amyloidosis and other rare protein‑misfolding diseases affecting multiple organs. The APP will work in a shared practice model with cardiology, hematology, pulmonology, nephrology, neurology, and gastroenterology teams in the ambulatory clinic, coordinating comprehensive patient care from all over the United States and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct record review and medication reconciliation.
• Perform patient intake and post‑evaluation contact.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care across specialty teams.
