Summary
The Schulich Heart Centre seeks a dynamic Advanced Practice Nurse to support and develop the professionalism of health care providers through proven clinical skills, commitment to patient‑centred care and adult education. The role requires strong knowledge, clinical expertise and interest in the area of Cardiac Care, and offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with other health care professionals within the Cardiac Program to advance clinical care of patients.
Responsibilities
The APN is an active participant in identifying and addressing learning needs of nursing staff in collaboration with nursing leaders and leads the integration and evaluation of standards of nursing and evidence‑based practice through regular formal and informal educational programs.
