Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Job title: ANP/ACP. Location: The Practice Northumberland Avenue. Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience. Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support delivery of policies and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non‑medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential.
