Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Associated Manager (Mexicali)

Responsibilities

• Accountable for End of Line Testing Equipment, Parameters, scripts and Capex associated.
• Work closely with Site Leaders to ensure manufacturing plans are aligned with program schedule.
• Oversight of AME team to ensure the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team pilots and commissions advanced manufacturing technologies, processes, equipment, and practices; Capital projects that support Growth, NPDI, Product Transfers, Technical Capacity and Footprint.
• Implementation of manufacturing plans for new products.
• Provide direct support for plant-to-plant product transfers.
• Support Vertiv manufacturing operations using standard processes, equipment, and manufacturing methods.
• The execution of Manufacturing Readiness Checklist and deliverables.
• Accountable for Manufacturing Prototype builds.
• Provide support to implement best manufacturing practices for existing processes.
