Main duties of the job
Role Summary
- Deliver autonomous, evidence-based care through face-to-face and telephone consultations
- Act as an Independent Prescriber within agreed clinical guidelines
- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimise patient outcomes
- Practice within scope of competence and agreed clinical limits
- Be accountable for clinical decisions including referral, discharge, and follow-up planning
