Advance Practice Provider Manager- Trauma Service

Leads a team of Advanced Practice Providers at multiple trauma centers within the Cleveland Clinic Trauma Program. Partners with administration and multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure high-quality trauma care at three level 2 trauma centers and the expansion of the Cleveland Clinic Trauma Program. Responsible for hiring, onboarding and performance coaching of teams.
Cleveland Clinic's Digestive Disease Institute is currently seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Acute or Family certified) for a full time APRN PA Manager position with Trauma Service. This is a fast paced, top of license leadership opportunity. This position is roughly 50% clinical and 50% administrative. This provider will be responsible for managing injured patient of all ages.
