Adoption Strategist

Responsibilities

• Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable implementation and enablement processes that educate customers on best practices.
• Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, specifically focusing on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.
• Proactively audit customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setups to identify gaps and provide value‑add recommendations.
• Track and drive key adoption metrics in partnership with Revenue Operations to develop data‑driven strategies and playbooks.
• Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted enablement campaigns, including regional workshops and webinars.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Forward Deployed Engineering, GTM, and Product Marketing to unify adoption strategy.
