ADO Administrator

Job Description
The ADO Administrator owns Azure DevOps as the system of record for issue tracking, workflow management, and reporting across engineering and testing activities.

• Own ticket intake, triage coordination, and lifecycle tracking across severity levels
• Support escalation tracking, dependency management, and blocker visibility
• Partner with test and engineering teams to optimize workflow and reporting processes
• Manage Microsoft ADO as the in-house ticketing system
• Ownership of intake, triage, and tracking of issues
• Act as the central point of contract for ticket based workflows
