Adnoc 2nd officer

Responsibilities

• Stand navigational watch as Officer of the Watch (OOW)
• Assist in voyage planning and safe navigation of the vessel
• Maintain and update nautical charts publications and electronic navigation systems
• Operate and monitor radar, ECDIS, GPS and other navigational equipment
• Ensure compliance with COLREGs, SOLAS and company safety procedures
• Assist in safety drills, emergency response and pollution prevention
• Maintain navigational logs and records

Requirements

• Valid Second Officer Certificate of Competency
• STCW certification (as applicable)
• Relevant sea‑time experience
• Good knowledge of navigation systems and maritime safety regulations
• Ability to work in shifts and under operational pressure
