Admissions Team Leader: Enrolment Experience & Flow

Wigan & Leigh College is seeking an Admissions Team Leader to oversee the Admissions Officers and Coordinator, guiding applications from enquiry through to enrolment and coordinating interview activity to keep decisions timely and learner centred.

You will manage workloads, support safeguarding and SEND, use data to spot delays, and collaborate with curriculum and support teams to deliver a smooth on-site service five days a week. This role requires an enhanced DBS check and travel across sites.
