The Admissions Liaison role encompasses recruiting new families, on-boarding new families, and mitigating attrition with the following objectives: Foster awareness and consideration among parents for their school(s). Drive recruitment and facilitate enrollment of new families in their school(s). On-board new families for the start of school. Mitigate attrition with a focus on first year families. This enrollment focused position requires the Admission Liaison to allocate their time between the school and the local community. The Admission Liaison will be based in the school and leads the development of a marketing strategy to engage the local community through activities including community events, school tours, on-site school events, managing school social media presence, and conducting parent outreach.
