Job Summary
You will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth site and office operations, including document management, procurement using ERP, report preparation, and general office upkeep.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate documentation to support site operations
- Organize and update filing systems and databases to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Perform data entry and basic office administration tasks to maintain daily office functions
- Support the operations team by managing overtime claims, leave applications, and invoice processing
- Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders using the ERP system to facilitate procurement
