Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries via the HR ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation.Deliver end to end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle for SEA countries.Maintain accurate and up to date employee records in HR systems in compliance with data privacy requirements.Support HR audits and internal reporting as required.Onboarding & Offboarding
