- Provide admin support.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and general office communications.
- Liaise with all departments to support business operations.
- Maintain company records, filing systems, documentation, and compliance-related files.
- Assist with processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining inventory-related records.
- Support the finance function by preparing invoice documentation and completing general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate daily logistics activities, including courier bookings, collections, and verifying order picking and packing processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
- 3–5 years' office administration experience.
