Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join a renowned electronics leader and pioneer in the mining field within Southern Africa. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills, who is well-versed in Pastel and MS Excel, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage customer quotations.
  • Handle switchboard operations.
  • Manage invoicing and coordinate courier deliveries and collections at the mines.
  • Process all purchase orders for new and repair items from receipt to delivery.
  • Handle import and export tasks.
  • Maintain full stock control.
  • Follow up on all outstanding orders and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
  • Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
