This is a unique opportunity to develop into a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and grow into a leadership role within one of the Southeast’s leading long-term care management companies.
What You’ll Do
As an AIT, you will:
+ Learn the full scope of nursing home operations including clinical services, financial management, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
+ Train directly under seasoned administrators and regional leadership.
+ Develop and refine leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive organizational excellence.
+ Gain hands-on experience in staff development, community relations, and strategic planning.
