Administrator, General Claims – Commercial
General Summary
Based in NJM’s corporate headquarters in suburban West Trenton, New Jersey, this is an exciting opportunity to be a foundational leader in the evolution of NJM Insurance Group's Commercial General Liability Claims Department. The Administrator will have the unique ability to help shape the direction of the department working closely with strategic business partners cross the enterprise and senior leadership to create a best-in-class operation that supports NJM's growing commercial business throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Commercial General Claims Administrator leads and mentors Claim Supervisors (4) and their staff, monitoring compliance with procedures and regulation and ensuring superior customer service.This is a hybrid position requiring four days in the corporate office in New Jersey and one day remote.
