**Job Description Summary**
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical, organizational, and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations. This position performs a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, communication support, and office coordination.

+ Provide general administrative support to managers, teams, or departments
+ Answer phone calls, screen and direct inquiries, and respond to routine correspondence
+ Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
