- Monitors and documents operational talents’ performance against development goals and provides status updates.
- Assists with the administrative processes, including collecting relevant documents and updating records of operational talent.
- Organizes operational talent into pools based on their strengths, experience, and career goals.
- Prepares and updates resources for operational talent self‑development, including recommended reading, e‑learning, and webinars.
- Administers and tracks responses for employee engagement surveys, ensuring timely completion and accurate data collection within the specialization Grade Descriptor.
- Requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience.
