Job Description
The Administrative Staff – IT Infrastructure provides administrative, documentation, and coordination support to the IT Infrastructure Department. The role ensures smooth day-to-day administrative operations, assists in procurement and asset documentation, coordinates schedules and communications, and maintains organized records related to infrastructure operations, projects, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Information Technology, or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in an IT or technical environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
