Role DescriptionThe Administrative Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for managing all labor payroll via automated attendance system, organizing all labor documents, coordinating labor onboarding and dispersing to sites, as well as supporting other business functions such as QAQC in necessary paperwork and in raising inspections.
The administrative specialist is also responsible for labor concerns and welfare.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Construction experience is mandatory.
