Summary This position is located within Environmental Management Service, a service under the Facility Support Directorate at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) located in North Chicago. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Administrative Officer in Environmental Management Service dealing with widely diversified organizational units with varied activities on a continuing basis Responsibilities Major Duties includes: Oversees the personnel management program for the service, performing or overseeing the full range of human resources requirements.
