The general function of the Administrative Officer is to manage and oversee the overall administrative matters concerning the office. The role ensure the efficient coordination of office functions and provides high-level executive support and assistance to the Vice President, facilitating effective external partnerships and international initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least four (4) years of relevant work experience in administrative, office management, or related functions.
- Preferably with experience serving as an Administrative Officer or Administrative Assistant supporting executives, directors, or heads of offices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
