Responsibility
Operation support for roster upload and changes for HK teams.Handle office tasks such as ordering supplies, payment processing, maintenance, and replenishment.Manage meeting room bookings and maintain scheduling accuracy.Share updated staff lists with the COE QA team to support compliance and quality assurance.Handle petty cash reimbursements and maintain accurate financial records.Send notifications regarding sick leave and ensure proper documentation.Support onboarding activities for new hires, including updating the attendance system (ACATS), biometrics registration, and assisting with orientation processes. Diploma or abovePrior experience in administrative or back-office support preferredProficient in MS Office (especially Excel), 2FA Authenticator, and related applications
