Summary About the Position: This position is located at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. Fort Buchanan is located by Guaynabo City, Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico has fabulous ocean views, tropical weather, and lush mountains. Federal employees in Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico may be entitled to receive a 2.49% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. (% is subject to change) This position is TERM not to exceed 366 days or 13 months, with provisions to extend up to a maximum of eight years. Responsibilities Plan, manage, direct, and coordinate budget formulation, analysis, and execution. Coordinate with Headquarters to manage manpower support for the school. Oversee and support civilian personnel actions. Administer student registration, student attendance, academic records maintenance, tuition status, and other related processes.
