Administrative Officer

Summary This position is located at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VA Medical Center, in the Nutrition and Food Service (N&FS) department. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Supervisory Administrative Officer (AO) for Nutrition & Food Service (N&FS) and is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of all Nutrition & Food Service administrative programs. Responsibilities The position functions as an extension of the Chief/Assistant Chief, Nutrition & Food Service, and professional staff, as well as representing N&FS with other service lines, in explaining service policies and assisting staff in implementing them.
