FulcrumAir is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Logistics Coordinator to support our growing team. This position plays a critical role in coordinating employee travel, managing administrative processes, tracking project-related expenses, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and arrange employee travel, including hotels, airfare, and rental vehicles.
- Manage employee vacation and time-off request calendars.
- Track employee hours and ensure proper allocation to specific jobs and projects.
- Prepare, reconcile, and maintain weekly expense reports, accurately allocating expenses by job classification and providing timely reporting to Head Office Accounting to support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial management.
