**Summary:**

The UNC School of Medicine Dean’s Office Administrative Fellowship is a one-year leadership development program that provides broad exposure to the administration of a leading academic medical institution. Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean for Administration, the fellow will work closely with executive leaders on strategic initiatives spanning education, research, clinical programs, finance, human resources, facilities, and organizational operations. As the inaugural fellow, the individual will help shape the fellowship experience while leading impactful projects aligned with School priorities. The fellow will also participate in executive onboarding, leadership development programming, and shared learning opportunities with fellows across UNC Health.
