Duties and Responsibilities of Admin Assistant Reporting Lines
This position reports directly to the College Director and works under the Academic Department. The incumbent’s primary role is to support the Academic Department and the College Director in:
- Providing administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of academic programmes and courses;
- Assisting in academic administration and coordination activities;
- Acting as the secondary point of contact for students with feedback, suggestions, or complaints.
- Updating and maintaining the SMS prospective student database;
- Answering student enquiries;
- Coordinating all administrative requirements;
- Providing administrative support to the Academic Department in the delivery and administration of academic programmes;
