Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervise administrative department activities for staff members.
  • Manage office visitors and direct them to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform basic office tasks such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
  • Schedule and manage calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
  • Arrange travel and prepare documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
  • Update company employee and client records.
  • Store and distribute office supplies.
  • Repair or replace office equipment.
