The Administrative Coordinator will provide essential support to ensure smooth operations within the team of a leading life science company. This temporary role in Madrid offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate large events including planning, organizing and implementation of event activities, organize meetings, travel, and accommodation, including booking meeting rooms, catering, and management of expense reports.
- Process work orders / POs, track budgets, and coordinate grants.
- Assist with department training activities.
- Assist with documentation managed in the department and serve as point of contact with external providers.
- Organize files, visits, and manage office materials as needed.
