Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team
- Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and follow up on action items with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, business reviews, and project documentation
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, E-commerce, and Regulatory to support daily operations
- Monitor promotional activities, product listings, marketing plans, and commercial deliverables
- Consolidate and analyse business data to support reporting and decision-making
- Assist in the coordination of product launches, events, roadshows, and category initiatives
- Support ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned
