We are seeking highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistants, Executive Assistants and Gneral VAs to join our talent pool. In this role, you will support business leaders with administrative tasks, calendar management, communication, and day-to-day operations while ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate emails and business correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Organize files and maintain accurate records.
- Handle data entry and CRM updates.
- Coordinate travel arrangements when required.
- Support project management and operational tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties.
