The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks including scheduling, communication, document preparation, and coordination of office activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
