Payroll Administrator

Role Purpose

To ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and tax‑related information for BAT South Africa. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of the SAP Payroll system and ensuring total compliance with local legislative reporting and company policy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Processing & Data Management

  • Input Management: Responsible for South African payroll inputs; validate that payment requests for business mileage, school fee reimbursements, recognition awards and field force incentives align strictly with company policy.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure SuccessFactors records interface correctly with SAP and update Infotypes to maintain high data accuracy.
  • Error Resolution: Proactively resolve payroll errors resulting from monthly payruns and manage all off‑cycle beneficiary payments.
