• Computer Certification
• Comptia A+
• MCSE
• MCITP
• Assoc. Degree
• 3-5 years related experience in a Desktop Support role
• ITIL or ITSM training or experience in a help desk environment

• Good spoken and written skills in Spanish & English a must.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects.
• Problem solving: Ability to find a solution or to deal proactively with computer system issues.
