Job function
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and or on the phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk
Job Requirements
Computer Literate in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail
Strong administrative skills
Hardworking
Proactive and self-motivated
Planning and organizational ability
