Job Title: Admin/Facility Specialist
(Day shift, 5 days a week)
CTC: upto 4 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist candidates visiting the test center
- Verify candidate identity and required documents as per guidelines
- Monitor candidates during examinations to ensure compliance and security
- Maintain entry/exit logs with candidate signatures
- Report irregularities, incidents, or candidate concerns
- Ensure safety and security of the test center, including handling keys and systems
- Operate test center equipment (DVR, camera, telephony, alarm systems)
- Support technical and operations teams with basic coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the facility
- Participate in audits, quality checks, and internal initiatives
- Complete required training and certification programs
